Virtual Pilates Mat Class Schedule:

How Online Classes work:
It is easy- all you need is a computer with wi-fi and a mat!
1. Email me directly to sign up for a class
2. Download the ZOOM app to "attend class"
3. Download either the Zelle or Venmo app to pay what you can
Pricing is as follows:
Wednesday classes are "pay what you can" classes.
Please pay between $10-$20, based on what you can afford.
Payment can be accepted through either the Zelle or Venmo app. We recommend you download either of these apps at least a day or two before class so that you can go through their verification process and troubleshoot if need be. Once you have verified your Zelle or Venmo account, class donations can be sent to:

NOTE: it is your responsibility to send a payment for your class. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your class a request for payment will be sent to you.
How Zoom works:
Approximately 5-10 min prior to your class you will receive an invite to join the class with a link to click that will take you to a live video. This invite will be sent to the e-mail address you used to sign up.
If it is your first time doing a virtual mat class and using Zoom, you will need to download ZOOM onto your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone. (We recommend doing so at least 30 minutes before class to troubleshoot any technical difficulties prior to class time. You will be asked to create your own personal account.)
Set yourself up in a quiet space with a strong internet signal, your mat, and any props or prop alternatives you have. (Folded hand towels work great)
You will be able to interact with me (and other students) at the beginning which will help us connect and I will try to personalize the class based on your needs. However, once the class has begun, please select 'Mute' in the bottom left corner of the meeting so everyone in class doesn't hear your background noise. (I will remind you).
VIRTUAL PRIVATE LESSONS:
A private lesson via ZOOM is also a wonderful option when you can’t get into the studio. Private lessons are great for anyone looking to comeback after an injury, for working with specific needs or have a goal you are trying to reach . All you need is a laptop with a good wifi connection, a mat, and a quiet area with enough space to do Pilates. If you have Pilates equipment at home, even better, Shannon can teach you on your equipment and use any props you have available in your home.

PILATES + MASSAGE SESSIONS
Unlike a traditional massage, you will experience a Massage + Pilates Session in a studio setting using the Pilates equipment. While the springs assist you with gentle flowing movements, you will experience hands-on bodywork with a licensed massage therapist. Get stretched, pulled, kneaded, and heated in order to relieve stress and unwind. Let us help you shed unnecessary tension from your muscle tissue. This Aligned Indulgence requires a bit more time to attend to you, so we’ve made these sessions just a little bit longer.

Shannon Briese is a licensed massage therapist since 2001, owner of Total Body Wellness, and a Pilates instructor since 2007. She is considered to be the “go-to” source for injury prevention and rehabilitation, specializing in combining neuromuscular massage with Pilates. The combination of modalities is extremely helpful in exceeding her client’s goals of increased strength, improved posture, and pain-free movement.
